By installing and using Horse, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. These documents explain how we operate and handle your data.
2. Using the App

    You must follow all applicable laws when using this app.
    You are responsible for keeping your account information secure.
    We are not responsible for any harm or loss caused by improper use of the app.

3. Payments and Fees

    Pricing is managed by Shopify.
    Fees are refundable by request.

4. Data Processing

We process your customers’ personal data on your behalf as part of providing this app. This makes us a “data processor,” and you a “data controller” under GDPR. Our Data Processing Agreement explains how we handle personal data securely and lawfully.

By using the app, you agree to the terms of our Data Processing Agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

    The app is provided “as is” without any warranties.
    We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or other damages caused by the app, unless required by law.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of the app after the changes means you accept the new terms.

7. Ending the Agreement

    You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
    We may terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

1. Definitions

    “Controller” means you, the Shopify merchant.
    “Processor” means us, Cyber Office Industries.
    “Personal Data” means any information about an individual that we process on your behalf.

2. Purpose

We process personal data to provide Horse services. This includes your store's order information, and products. The data is used to provide the Horse service.

3. Our Responsibilities

    Process data only as instructed by you.
    Use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
    Assist you in responding to data subject rights requests, as required by law.
    Inform you of any data breaches affecting personal data.

4. Subprocessors

We may use third parties to help provide our services. A list of these subprocessors is available upon request.

5. Data Transfers

If data is transferred outside the EU, we will ensure it is protected under GDPR standards, using mechanisms like Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Termination

When you stop using the app, we will delete or return all personal data, unless the law requires us to keep it.
